My best friends aren't new, but my new BFF quilt series is ~ and it is so much fun! One of my class students called it too much fun and downright addicting!
What is Swap-pliqué™?
Swap-pliqué™ is a new technique that I came up with just for this new pattern series. Swap-pliqués are appliqués that you can move and change at whim! The BFF quilt series all feature 3 best friends. Their outfits, hairdo's, shoes and pets that you can be mixed & matched and swapped around anytime! Just like playing with paper dolls. What little girl wouldn't love this in her room to play with?
Each BFF pattern includes the directions for the quilt, the 3 best friends and the swap-pliqué appliqués.
Each pattern has a different theme or holiday and all the outfits and hairdo's, pets etc. interchange with each other and from pattern to pattern.
